wintk Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wintk platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on wintk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and wintk. By accessing the wintk platform at wintk.bid, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the platform. wintk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active wintk account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wintk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your password or authentication details.
Withdrawal Rights
Verified players may withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to the withdrawal minimums and processing timelines set out in these Terms. wintk processes bKash and Nagad withdrawals within an average of 30 minutes following approval.
Responsible Gaming
wintk provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Use of these tools is encouraged for any player who feels their gambling activity is becoming difficult to control.
Section 1
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
- "wintk" Refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at wintk.bid, including all products, services, features, and content made available through that domain.
- "Platform" The wintk website accessible at wintk.bid, including all subpages, game interfaces, betting interfaces, account management tools, and support channels.
- "Player" / "You" Any individual who accesses the Platform, creates a registered account, or places a wager through the Platform.
- "Account" A registered player account created on the Platform, identified by a unique username and associated with the player's verified identity and payment details.
- "Balance" The total of real-money funds held in a player's wintk account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.
- "Bonus Funds" Promotional credits awarded to a player's account under a specific bonus offer, subject to separate wagering requirements and terms as communicated at the time of the offer.
- "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before a player may process withdrawals or access certain platform features. KYC requires submission of valid government-issued identification documents.
- "Prohibited Territory" Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful under local law. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of wintk complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.
- "Void Bet" A wager that has been cancelled and the stake returned to the player's balance, typically arising from an event cancellation, manifest pricing error, or system fault.
- "BST" Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone used for all platform operations, promotional deadlines, and scheduled maintenance windows.
Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the wintk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing any wager on wintk, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. wintk takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously and employs both automated screening tools and manual review processes to identify and remove underage players from the Platform.
In addition to the age requirement, players must meet all of the following eligibility conditions to maintain an active wintk account:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be acting as an agent or nominee for any third party when placing wagers on the Platform.
- You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with wintk or any other gaming operator.
- Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of wintk or any of its affiliated technology or game-supply partners.
wintk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, wintk will suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution. If a player is subsequently confirmed to be under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned to the payment source where legally and technically possible.
Players are solely responsible for verifying that their participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. wintk makes no representation regarding the legality of gambling in any specific territory beyond what is expressly stated in this document.
Section 3
Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access real-money gaming features on wintk, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process. Any account found to have been created using inaccurate personal details will be subject to immediate suspension and may be permanently closed at wintk's discretion. Any funds held in such an account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one active wintk account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. wintk employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts linked to the same individual are discovered, wintk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
3.3 KYC Verification
Before processing a player's first withdrawal request, and at any other time wintk deems appropriate, wintk will require the player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process involves the submission of:
- A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
- Where required, proof of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad transaction history).
Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. wintk may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wintk's compliance team may have their withdrawal requests suspended and their accounts restricted until verification is completed.
3.4 Account Credentials and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wintk account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wintk's support team immediately. wintk will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
wintk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer from selected Bangladeshi scheduled banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time; the current list of supported methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on wintk is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by wintk, although individual payment providers (such as bKash and Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines. Deposits are credited to a player's account balance in real time upon confirmation of the payment transaction by the relevant payment provider. wintk does not charge a fee for deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All funds deposited on wintk must originate from a payment source registered in the player's own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment source belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and balance forfeiture.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- The player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
- Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
- wintk targets an average processing time of 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals following approval; actual times may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to reflect in the player's account depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
wintk reserves the right to impose a temporary hold on a withdrawal request for the purposes of fraud screening, identity verification, or responsible gaming review. Players will be informed of any such hold and the estimated resolution timeline via their registered email address.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the wintk Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). wintk does not support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion between BDT and another currency is the player's own responsibility and wintk will not be liable for any exchange-rate losses incurred.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
wintk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to their individual promotional terms, which will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotional offer, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that offer only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless a promotional offer explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer will be stated in the promotional terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means the player must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus value on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings will be permitted.
Wagering contributions from different game categories towards bonus requirements may vary. Live casino table games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage than slot titles. The exact contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
wintk operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same welcome bonus through multiple accounts; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus funds without incurring genuine gambling risk; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched or mirrored wagers. Where bonus abuse is identified, wintk reserves the right to void all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close the offending account.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and any associated free bets will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the promotional offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated. Players should note the expiry date of any active bonus at the time of claiming the offer.
Section 6
Game Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Random Number Generation
All casino games available on wintk — including slots, live casino titles, Keno, and Kalaka Bingo — utilise certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and ball-drawing mechanisms conducted in real time under studio supervision. Game outcomes are not predetermined, manipulated, or influenced by wintk or any of its operators. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-run average payout and do not guarantee results over any individual gaming session.
6.2 Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on wintk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In general: bets are void if the relevant event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 48 hours; in-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the system (not at the time of click); and wintk reserves the right to suspend betting markets on any event at any time without notice where integrity concerns arise.
Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to the cricket-specific rules regarding the minimum number of overs required for a result, the treatment of rain-affected matches under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, and the definitions of innings and session markets. These rules are published in full within the sports betting section of your account dashboard.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or manifest pricing error, wintk reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by the error, regardless of the displayed outcome. wintk will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and return stakes where a bet is voided due to a technical error. The principle of "pays wrong" does not apply on the wintk Platform — a technical error does not create any entitlement to winnings displayed as a result of that error.
6.4 Maximum Payout Limits
wintk imposes a maximum single-event payout of ৳2,000,000 per player per day across all product categories combined. Where a player's winnings from a single event, game session, or betting accumulator exceed this limit, the excess amount above the cap will not be credited to the player's account. Players should be aware of this limit when placing high-stake accumulator bets or participating in jackpot-eligible slot sessions.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wintk Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a wintk account; submitting falsified KYC documents; impersonating another individual.
- Money laundering: Using the wintk Platform as a vehicle to deposit and withdraw funds with the primary purpose of legitimising proceeds of criminal activity, regardless of whether actual gambling activity takes place.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games or matched betting arrangements designed to circumvent bonus terms.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual player activity.
- Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings or gain any other advantage not intended by the Platform's design.
- Chargebacks: Filing a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to wintk where no genuine dispute exists. Players who initiate illegitimate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended immediately and any outstanding balance withheld pending resolution.
- Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension, claiming welcome bonuses multiple times, or obscuring identity.
wintk cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and regulatory bodies where investigations into suspected financial crime or fraud are initiated. Player data may be disclosed to relevant authorities without prior notice in such circumstances, in accordance with wintk's Privacy Policy.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
A player may request closure of their wintk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, wintk will process any pending withdrawals of the player's available real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt during BST business hours.
8.2 Suspension and Closure by wintk
wintk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or automated play;
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
- Identification of multiple accounts linked to the same individual;
- Reasonable grounds to suspect the player is under 18 years of age;
- Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or directive from a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, wintk will notify the player via their registered email address. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the account may be reinstated, permanently closed, or the player offered an opportunity to remedy the identified issue. Funds in suspended accounts will be held securely during the investigation period.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to self-exclude from the wintk Platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended, deposits are blocked, and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set. 8.4 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. wintk will notify the player by email prior to designating an account as inactive. An administrative fee of ৳50 per month may be applied to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period. The balance of an inactive account will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account may do so by contacting customer support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
